The Pilates Essentials program was developed with your health and wellness in mind. Our mission is to help you achieve a level of fitness that supports your lifestyle. Whether you're an athlete preparing for competition or a grandparent preparing for a grandchild, the Pilates Essentials program is right for you.

We focus on the foundational principles established by Mr. Pilates to provide you with a full-body workout at whatever level you desire. Our program ranges from beginners to elite and allows you to go at your own pace. Although it's in a group setting, you are not required to do all the exercises or complete all the repetitions.

The modifications, additions and omissions are to ensure a safe, efficient, and effective workout at all times. The key to your success is consistency. Just keep your goal in mind and we will be here to help you every step along the way. All classes consist of a preliminary stretch to Range of Motion, warm up exercises and a Mat and Reformer routine.
